My journey to mental healthcare

As the oldest in my family, my journey into therapy began by being inclined to help others. I am driven by my passion to grow as an individual by processing my emotions and learning from my biggest challenges.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with my client to draft a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goal in treatment. I obtain baselines of behaviors along with tracking symptoms as needed.
