I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a passion to work with clients who experience PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and/or Bipolar Disorder. I am driven to assist clients in building stronger self-esteem/self-love and more coping skills to add to their toolbox.

I prefer to work with anyone who is experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorders. I have a specialty in treating anyone who has experienced childhood trauma.
My approach
I prefer to emphasize the attachment styles and Client-Centered Modalities. I also enjoy utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
