Hi there, I'm Amy!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families affected by trauma, abuse, loss, neglect, mental health issues, and substance use. I specialize in working with foster and adoptive families, and currently focus on helping adults navigate complex life challenges.

My focus

I work with individuals who are going through a variety of life challenges and experiencing stress, anxiety, difficulty coping with relationship issues, or other emotional hardships. I have a heart for working with foster and adoptive families, or youth who have been involved with the child welfare system.

My approach

My approach to working with people is to meet them where they are and help them get to where they want to go. I utilize a mix of theoretical frameworks, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and an attachment lens.
