I see therapy as a partnership—a collaboration between you and me. We’ll work together to identify goals that matter to you, and as you grow and change, those goals might shift, too. That’s okay. We can adjust our plan anytime to make sure it continues to feel meaningful and relevant.

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who feel disconnected, unfulfilled, unsure of themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, helping clients build empowerment, meaningful connection, and improved emotional well-being—at their own pace.

My approach

My approach to care is grounded in resilience-building and helping clients navigate and overcome adversity. I draw on an eclectic, client-centered approach, incorporating Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Gottman principles, mindfulness, and trauma-informed strategies to help clients.
