My communication style

It's important to me that you feel heard and accepted as you are. As a queer woman, I understand the importance of providing an intentional and affirming space for you to be your authentic self. I offer a curious, non-judgmental environment where you can explore freely and make meaningful connections.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started therapy as a teenager when I was struggling with family issues. I didn't want to go at first, but I was open because I knew I needed help. It changed the trajectory of my life, and from then on, I knew I wanted to do the same for others.

My goals for you

Goal-setting is a collaborative process. You will set your own goals, and I will assist by making sure they are realistic and attainable.

Our first session

Our first session will be a space where we come together and start to get to know each other. It will be a time to ask questions, gather information, and identify the things you want to work on.
