My Clients are typically trying to adjust to something new or simply going through a "rough patch" in their lives. My clients experience difficulties in their day-to-day functioning due to the symptoms of depression and/or anxiety. We focus on goals that will improve their overall well-being, such as implementing healthy coping skills.

My approach

I use various approaches tailored to your particular needs, especially a non-judgmental one. I ask about your feelings, thoughts, and experiences to get to know you and provide the most supportive way to address your mental health.

My communication style

I am my authentic self and very personable, which helps my clients feel comfortable with me. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental setting every week where you can be yourself during a challenging time.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping others has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. It began to take shape in high school during my time volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, where I first recognized I enjoyed helping others. From there, I focused on servicing the community, which allowed me to not only help children but also their families.
