I take an eclectic, client-centered approach—drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and depth psychology to meet each client's unique needs. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and PTSD, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I have a special interest in helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I use Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space, along with CBT and DBT to help you build coping skills and address unhelpful thought patterns. I also integrate mindfulness and depth psychology to support deeper emotional insight.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep curiosity about the human experience and a desire to support others through life's challenges. I've always been drawn to meaningful conversations and the strength people show in vulnerable moments. What continues to drive me is witnessing the resilience of my clients.

We'll explore your current challenges, background, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. It's also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and ask any questions.
