My journey to mental healthcare

I've always had a passion to help others and serve my community. I wasn't sure I wanted to be a therapist at first, fearing I'd be too emotional. But once I started, I was hooked. Now I see that showing emotion makes me authentic and relatable, and I'm never afraid to meet clients where they are.

My goals for you

My hope is that you feel safe, heard, and seen. I want you to trust and respect me, but not more than you respect yourself. You'll leave each session with interventions, strategies, and psychoeducation that equip you until we meet again.

Think of the first session as sitting down to talk about how I can best help you in a comfortable setting. I gather information about your history and give you space to share what you're ready to share. Assessments may include intrusive but necessary questions so I can best support you.
