I consider myself kind, direct, open, and encouraging. I prioritize clear communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental, safe environment. I practice active listening and give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences while providing guidance. You can expect me to be calm and patient throughout our time working together.

My journey began with a desire to help others through empathy and compassion. I enjoy helping individuals make positive changes and develop skills that help them be the best version of themselves.

Together, we will identify and set goals that are most important to you and aligned with your values. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new self-awareness and insights. I'm here to provide support, resources, and alternative perspectives to help you develop effective coping skills.

Our first session

Our first session will focus on getting to know one another and building trust in our therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your background, including your mental health, physical health, and support network, as well as the reasons that brought you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous—we'll take it one step at a time.
