I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and addiction. My focus is working with adolescents and adults. I understand that when people experience trauma or life stressors they might struggle and need extra support.
My approach
I know that no single approach is right for every individual and I have been trained in a variety of modalities. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, Harm Reduction, and Client-Centered Approach.
My focus
I work with Youth and Adults from diverse racial backgrounds who suffer from Anxiety, Domestic Violence, Trauma and PTSD, Adolescents/Teens, Depression, and Substance Use.
My communication style
My clients are the experts of their own lives and I am simply there to help support them through their journey. It is my passion to help people process their thoughts and feelings so that they can come to a better understanding of themselves.
