As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe space, free of judgment, for every client to be able to express their needs and challenges. I am a compassionate and empathetic person who meets my clients where they are, providing genuine support and active listening.
My focus
I have experience helping individuals overcome their struggles with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationships, family changes, career changes, grief, trauma, and patients struggling with chronic/serious/life-threatening illnesses, among others. I enjoy working with military families, veterans, and active duty.

I use evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
