I communicate with compassion and understanding, but I am also direct in my interactions with clients. I am committed to building this with my clients, always keeping sessions focused on YOU and YOUR progress.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had a passion for mental health based on personal experiences and observations. I completed my education in Neuroscience and Social Work in an effort to find an understanding of human nature and behaviors. I worked in hospitals, emergency departments, and outpatient clinics and have gained invaluable knowledge and experience.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively, with vast experience in decreasing anxiety, improving self-esteem/self-image, developing healthier relationships, and supporting growth. Although therapy can seem intimidating, I try to cultivate a nurturing and pleasant environment! Let's do this together!

Our first session

In our first session together, we will focus on getting to know one another and finding connection and rapport. Together, we will identify goals and objectives that you have for your time in therapy. The first meeting can seem overwhelming, but I try to make it interactive and as warm as possible. This is a no-judgement zone!
