Hi there, I'm Nancy Villalobos!

I believe that in order to become self-aware, one needs to be willing to lean into their discomfort. If you are here today, you are most likely struggling with something. Relationships and connections are key to the therapeutic process. I will meet you where you are, and you can count on me to be accepting and responsive, allowing you to go at your own pace. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have a Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Children and Family Service. I have more than 30 years of social work experience and have worked with people of different ages, stages, and backgrounds. I use Problem Solving and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with individuals and families. Both modalities are practical approaches to problem-solving. CBT aims to identify, challenge and change negative thinking patterns. I use Seeking Safety for treating Post Traumatic Stress and Substance Abuse and Trauma Focused Therapy. I can adapt according to your needs and preferences.
