Hi there, I'm Melanie!
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, holistic, and infused with humor. My heart as a therapist is to walk alongside individuals on the path of growth and healing. I work with depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, grief and loss, childhood trauma, interpersonal conflict, spiritual abuse, and life transitions.

I feel honored to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Trauma from a single event, childhood, or repeated events can impact emotional and physical well-being. I provide a safe environment for clients to process their experiences through talk, becoming attuned with their internal system, and accessing self-energy.
My approach
I believe in using a variety of evidence-based modalities including attachment and trauma-focused approaches. I'm passionate about Internal Family Systems to help clients connect with their inner system and the root of their symptoms. I also utilize EMDR which allows for a deeper level of healing and processing than talk therapy alone.
