I love working with young girls and women, as well as young children with various cognitive and behavioral challenges. My focus is on creating a supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow.

My focus

I work with women navigating infertility, prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum challenges, as well as work-life balance, relationship issues, low self-esteem, boundary-setting, and childhood trauma. I also support teens facing social relationship challenges and help them develop emotional maturity.

My approach

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and family systems approaches to meet your unique needs and achieve meaningful results.

My communication style

I'm calm and supportive, and I believe in validating your experiences while gently challenging you to grow. My goal is to help you become resilient and self-sufficient, trusting your own decisions rather than seeking validation from others.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've worked with children and families in underserved communities, addressing mental health early and challenging social and cultural stigmas. My passion is bringing awareness to mental health and helping clients heal and thrive.

Some clients achieve their goals in as few as twelve sessions, gaining tools they can use independently. Others benefit from deeper exploration of underlying issues, which requires time, patience, and processing together to reach meaningful realizations.
