My focus
Are you struggling with anxious thoughts, lack of motivation, inability to take action, and exact change or debiliitating stress? I work with adults and help them navigate stress, anxiety, and life-phase transitions. I help adults reprocess trauma and build a healthy self-image.
My approach
I use an Integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) to help identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, Emotion-Focused therapy (EFT) to help validate your present situation and assist with experiencing feelings again, and Solution-Focused therapy to identify solutions that can help support your unique goals and progress.
