The ability to cope with the stress of personal and societal issues is a significant challenge to our mental health. I am here to listen and navigate through these issues with you. I am a licensed therapist providing care to residents of California and Nevada at this time.

During my 16+ years of clinical practice, I have worked with individuals in various stages of life, from adolescents and young adults coping with anxiety and behavioral issues to older individuals dealing with grief and bereavement. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and bereavement, as well as difficulty adjusting to life events.
