Hi there, I'm Lisa!

I work with individual adults and specialize in PTSD, anxiety, stress, and depression. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a specialized treatment specifically focused on client trauma recovery.

My focus

I work with many different people of all backgrounds and cultures. With my approach and communication style, I typically work well with adults, older adults, and older adolescents. My clients have had much success working through depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, domestic violence trauma, and phases of life challenges.

My approach

I tend to be highly eclectic in my therapeutic approach, utilizing family systems, mindfulness, and interpersonal therapy approaches as warranted by the clients' needs.
