My focus
I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and grief. Together, we'll explore hidden emotional conflicts, recognize unconscious patterns in how you relate to others, and process painful past experiences so they stop haunting you in the present.

I use psychodynamic therapy to help you understand how your past experiences are quietly shaping the way you feel, think, and behave today. Once you become more aware of these patterns, you can make healthier choices and feel more in control. We build trust, explore the past as needed, identify patterns, and uncover hidden emotions.
