My sessions tend to be calm, supportive, and easygoing. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly. I believe that therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, one where you can laugh, reflect, and feel heard without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people see their own strength, even during difficult times. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone feels truly understood and supported, and that’s what inspires the work I do every day.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with clients by asking them what their goals are for themselves. The goals should be S.M.A.R.T.
