If you're finding it difficult to cope with past experiences or struggling to move forward, know that you are not alone. I support children, families, and adolescents in healing and finding hope and resilience after traumatic events, stress, and grief. I believe healing involves addressing trauma while increasing self-compassion and reducing shame.
My focus
I specialize in working with children and adolescents who have experienced sexual and physical abuse, and in guiding parents in trauma-informed parenting. I work with families experiencing intergenerational trauma. I use creativity, play, narrative therapy, and body work to release trauma.
My approach
I provide a safe space for processing trauma, stress, and grief. I use trauma therapy, play therapy, art therapy, narrative therapy, and sand tray to help actively express and release traumatic memories and emotions. My goal is to integrate trauma into your life narrative with a new sense of resiliency.
