In my work, I choose to work with all of the experience that comes with being you, your dreams, your fantasies, and everything else that makes you who you are. I believe in navigating your experience with you and at your own pace without having a predetermined goal or approach.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe to share your innermost thoughts and feelings. My communication style is characterized by attentive listening, empathy, and a non-judgmental stance. I will gently guide our conversations while allowing you to set the pace and lead on your own self-discovery journey.

My goal for you is to be able to share your thoughts and feelings honestly, to be better able to make choices that reflect your own values, and ultimately to have a more loving and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Our first session

During our first session, I typically hear from my clients about what brings them to therapy as well as information regarding their background, values, dreams, and goals. I also like to make space for clients to ask me any questions they might have regarding the process of therapy, my approach, and to assess if we are a good fit.
