My focus
I work with those struggling with anxiety and depression, specializing in life transitions. Whether you are becoming an adult, moving, getting married, becoming a parent, divorcing, aging, or grieving, I know how scary and painful transitions can be and want to walk alongside you.
My approach
I always meet a client where they are at, and then we plan together where we want to go. Most of my clients like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy because we can all use distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills to help us heal and reach our goals. I love to use CBT, REBT, and Person-Centered approaches as well.
