My path to therapy began with a deep desire to help people discover their own resilience and strength in life’s storms. I’ve seen therapy ignite healing and growth, and I believe each person holds the seeds to embrace change, nurture their potential, and flourish.

My approach to goal-setting is collaborative and client-centered. Clients and I identify strengths, values, and desired changes to create realistic, achievable goals. Throughout the process, I provide encouragement, support, and reflection, adjusting goals as the client grows or as new needs arise.

Our first session

In the first session, clients are welcomed into a supportive space to share at their own pace. We discuss what brought them to therapy, review background and goals, explain how therapy works, and address questions. The main focus is on building a strong connection and planning collaborative steps forward.
