Raymond Diaz

Hello, my name is Ray Diaz. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy allows the client to express thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. I focus on depression and anxiety.

Client-Centered which promotes a safe climate in which the therapist is empathetic and nonjudgmental. In this way, the client experiences a sense of acceptance, openness, and unconditional positive regard.

My journey to mental healthcare

Psychology and human behavior have always been an interest. Seeing others who have experienced difficult times and work through them with the support of therapy is what drives me to continue working with others.
