I enjoy supporting individuals to become the best versions of themselves. I am naturally warm and sympathetic to life challenges and decided to become a therapist to help a larger segment of society. Helping others who are motivated to pursue change brings satisfaction and fulfillment to my life.

The first session is about building a connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
