My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment, creating a trusting bond between us.

My journey to mental healthcare

I enjoy supporting individuals to become the best versions of themselves. I am naturally warm and sympathetic to life challenges and decided to become a therapist to help a larger segment of society. Helping others who are motivated to pursue change brings satisfaction and fulfillment to my life.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is all about working together to define what you want to accomplish in our time together. This often starts by building trust between us and getting comfortable with what it means to be in therapy. Over time, we'll work together to set goals and track your progress.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll talk about how you've been feeling recently, and I'll ask questions to understand why. The first session is about building a connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there. Everyone is different, and I like to listen first before assuming what will work best for you.
