My journey to mental healthcare

Coming from a place with no prior knowledge of this area, I ended up with three gifted and talented children. Upon discovering this, I returned to graduate school to study gifted education and became involved with SENG (Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted), receiving certifications from them.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll set goals that matter to you, whether that's improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we'll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.
