Hi there, I'm Raghad!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with specialized training in neuropsychology and psychological assessment. My work centers on how the brain, physical health, and emotional well-being shape one another, and I bring that lens to therapy with adults who want to understand what is driving their difficulties and make changes that last.

My focus

I work with adults across the lifespan facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in the emotional side of health and cognitive change: adjusting to medical or neurological diagnoses, memory or attention concerns, chronic illness, grief, and caregiving strain.

My approach

My approach is integrative and goal-oriented. I draw on cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and humanistic therapies, matching the method to you rather than fitting you to one model. Some concerns call for brief, targeted work; others call for understanding the deeper pattern. My assessment background helps me tell the difference early.
