I take a person-centered, non-judgmental approach to meet you exactly where you are. I work alongside you in partnership, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Existential, and Narrative modalities to co-create healing and growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I worked in finance before shifting life paths and moving to South America. After working with non-government organizations and the public school system, I returned and pursued a path in therapy.

Our first session is our opportunity to get to know one another. We'll talk about why you decided to start therapy, discuss important relationships in your life, and establish preliminary goals. At the end, we'll check in and see how your experience felt.
