My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began with a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. As a nurse since 2011, I have witnessed firsthand how mental health profoundly impacts overall well-being, yet it was often overlooked in traditional healthcare settings.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative, personalized approach to goal setting, ensuring each patient’s treatment plan aligns with their needs and values. During our sessions, I help patients identify meaningful, realistic goals that promote progress in their mental health and overall well-being. We break larger objectives into smaller, and achievable steps.

Our first session

During the first session for medication management, patients can expect a thorough evaluation to understand their symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. I gather information about past mental health treatments, current medications, lifestyle factors, and any concerns about medication use.
