My journey to mental healthcare

Helping others has always been deeply meaningful to me, and becoming a therapist felt like a natural evolution. I came to this work after a career in marketing—a brave and adventurous pivot that I’m genuinely grateful I made.

Your therapy is tailored to you. We’ll work collaboratively to identify goals that feel meaningful and aligned with what you want for your life. As you grow and your needs change, we’ll check in together and adjust our focus as needed.

Our first session

In our first session, my priority is that you feel heard, understood, and at ease. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know you and what matters most to you as you begin therapy. We’ll talk about your current challenges, support system, personal history, safety, and hopes for therapy—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
