Hi there, I'm Hilary!

I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), working in private practice as a Psychotherapist. I live in Los Angeles, and work in-person or hybrid, with adults, teens, couples and the aging population. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, work stress, career blocks.

My focus

I do not have an ideal client. Every client is unique and special to me. I hope to meet them where they are at, and learn from them as much as they may learn from me.

My approach

I have a relaxed and humorous style, and try to have fun with my clients while also maintaining professionalism and working towards goals. I like to collaborate with my clients and use both our creative minds, to craft new approaches for encountering the challenges of every day life.
