My approach
I typically subscribe to a solution-focused therapy approach which I have found to be successful with various client populations. I find that a strong therapeutic alliance is central to facilitating change regardless of the presenting problem or issue.
My focus
I would love the opportunity to work with couples who are struggling to communicate. Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals with various presenting issues.
My communication style
I am a "doer"! I am a direct, straightforward therapist who provides support and warmth to my clients while focusing on significant and rewarding outcomes. From time to time, I incorporate humor and my own proverbs in order to jump-start the change process. In my professional opinion, therapeutic sessions are wonderful and special opportunities to manifest the client's intended path.

Starting out with a background history so we can identify chronological events in the client's life--this will set the stage for solution-focused therapy which will in turn identify goals and objectives.
