For 20 years, I've been helping people understand themselves better. I work with individuals who often make decisions they later regret, feel emotions that don't make sense to them, and find it hard to understand why their life isn't the way they want it to be. My approach is based on depth psychology. I establish a comfortable, collaborative relationship with you to explore who you are, what you think, and what you feel. By understanding your thoughts, feelings, and what gets in the way of being aware of them, you can gain deeper self-understanding. This leads to more constructive decision-making and less baffling behavior.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with a range of issues, including anger management, anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, life transitions, parenting, personality disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma/PTSD.

In our work together, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. I listen attentively and ask thoughtful questions to help guide your self-exploration. My communication style is warm, empathetic, and direct.

My goal is to help you develop deeper self-awareness, make more fulfilling choices, and cope more effectively with chronic issues. While depth psychotherapy may take longer than short-term therapies focused on immediate relief, it often provides more lasting benefits and meaningful personal growth.
My first session with you
In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I'll ask about your background, current challenges, and hopes for our work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get a sense of our rapport. Together, we'll start mapping the path forward.
