Warm greetings! I am honored you are here. I have a mind, body, energy, and emotional approach to my practice. I identify closely with my Osage heritage and Native American background.

I have worked with a variety of individuals; however, my focus has been on trauma.

My approach

I use a mindfulness-based approach. I assist individuals in heightening awareness of the mind and body connection.

My communication style

I create a partnership with the individuals that I work with. Meaning, that you are the expert on yourself, and I am simply a guide to assist you in letting go of things no longer serving you, as well as implementing new, healthier approaches to life.

In my heart, I knew I wanted to help individuals on some level since I was a teenager, and followed the path.

Our first session

I encourage individuals to give a provider a three-session try to see if they feel comfortable with the connection. I do a basic assessment in the first session and go over individual expectations.
