Hi there, I'm Emily!

I help individuals unlock their potential and experience greater fulfillment through transformative healing experiences. I work with creatives, highly driven individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community navigating identity, relationships, family building, and major life transitions.

My focus

I work with creatives here locally in Los Angeles, entrepreneurs, and highly driven individuals seeking to overcome roadblocks and step more fully into their potential. I also support members of the LGBTQIA+ community around dating, partnership, marriage, divorce, and expanding families.

My approach

My integrative approach draws from psychoanalytic, Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy alongside CBT, DBT, and ACT. This allows me to support deep emotional insight while offering practical tools to navigate relationships, creative blocks, career pressures, and periods of significant change.
