Hi there, I'm Nicole!

I am an LMFT. I have been a therapist for over 10 years. My approach to therapy is very client-centered and driven. I will work with you to set up goals that will guide our work together. I view treatment as a journey and will strive to be present and accompany you on this journey without judgment or reproach.

My focus

I work with adults, young adults, children, and families. I have experience treating anxiety disorders, autism, domestic violence, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, behavioral issues, bipolar, borderline personality, ADHD, eating disorders, and parenting issues.

My approach

I pull from multiple therapeutic approaches in my work with my clients. I have used DBT in my work with clients in crisis, or for clients who feel their emotions are always in control. I use CBT for clients with unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I use RO-DBT for clients with control issues. My goal is to help my clients feel heard and supported.
