Hi there, I'm Lanette!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with Children, Adults, and Families for over 25 years, minoring in Women’s issues. I have an in-depth knowledge of social dynamics and the personal trauma response that sometimes is the result of our experiences.

My focus

My client's focus is on relationships, free will, human potential, and self-discovery; developing or re-developing a new sense of self, exploring feelings, finding meaning, and focusing on one's strengths.

My approach

Most of us have a tough time asking for help, but all of us have times when we need help. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space to explore your feelings and find healing to move beyond your current situation with clarity, insight, and skills you can use going forward.
