My focus

I work with teens and adults individually, as well as families and couples. I help with identity challenges, neurodivergence, anxiety, mild depression, trauma, and cultural diversity based on the context of your life.

My approach

I meet you where you are with a trauma focus. I believe in being curious and nonjudgmental as much as possible because you're the expert in your life.
