Hi there, I'm Magaly!

As a therapist, I aim to provide a space where my clients feel safe and comfortable opening up. I believe that the therapist-client relationship is the most important aspect of therapy, and I aim to be that safe container for my clients. There can be many reasons why you are seeking therapy, and I am here along your journey of self-discovery.

My focus

I am willing to see individuals and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, codependency, coping skills, grief, mood disorders, relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.

My approach

I utilize a strength-based, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, and a Psychodynamic approach when treating my clients. I will help you become more aware, understand yourself better, and understand the meaning behind your symptoms or presenting issues. I can also assist in helping you change your thought process, which can lead to symptom alleviation.
