I think it’s really important that we build a genuine connection. Sessions are like learning to surf the waves of life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Problem-Solving Therapy. I'll help you break the cycle of overthinking, manage physical symptoms, and build your confidence.

My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable opening up while also feeling guided towards the changes you're hoping to make. I focus on listening deeply, making complex feelings easier to understand, and working together in a way that feels clear and approachable.
