I tailor my approach to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Client Centered approaches, incorporating mindfulness and meditation when helpful.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began in adolescence, during a time when I faced significant challenges. I was fortunate to have a therapist who made me feel safe, seen, and supported during one of the most difficult phases of my life. That experience planted the seed for my passion to offer that same healing space for others.
