My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a desire to support others during difficult times and ensure they never feel alone in their struggles. I've worked with individuals navigating substance use, domestic violence, and anger management. I'm continually inspired by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change.

I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify and work toward goals that matter to you—whether that means improving relationships or focusing on another personal priority. As you gain new insights, your goals may evolve, and we can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it stays meaningful and relevant.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and build rapport. We'll talk about your background and what brings you to therapy. This is a process we'll build together over time, at a pace that feels right for you. I'll be here to guide you through each part of the journey.
