My communication style

I am a very practical person, and I engage with my clients in finding solutions to their pressing and persistent issues in life. Our sessions are interactive and conversational, exploring past experiences but with a focus on change in the present.

My journey to mental healthcare

In supporting local leaders from diverse communities, it became clear to me that people need support for their personal growth to be able to contribute their unique gifts to the world. My personal life experience allows me to be deeply comfortable with people from all walks of life and diverse cultural backgrounds.

My goals for you

I believe clients must set their own short-term and long-term goals. These goals must be achievable, and my work is to help my clients break them down into small, doable steps with a focus on celebrating progress rather than seeking perfection.

Our first session

In the first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and defining what has worked well in the past and what challenges are presenting significant obstacles in your life. We will establish agreements on how we will work together and set a time frame for our work.
