I have been providing therapy for over 13 years. My goal is to help you build your strengths, develop skills, find healthier outlets, and empower you to be able to better navigate the challenges you are facing.
My focus
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, constant worry, work-life balance, life transitions, postpartum challenges, parenting stress, relationship issues, anger, and managing emotions. If you experience anxious or negative thoughts, self-doubt, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, or guilt, we can work together successfully.
My approach
I blend Strength-based therapy, CBT, Compassion-focused therapy, ACT, and Client-Centered therapy. We'll work on noticing unhelpful thought patterns and shifting them into more balanced ways of thinking. I help you identify existing strengths and coping strategies, then build new ones to manage emotions and reduce stress.
