Have you ever felt like you're drowning in everything—depression, anxiety, and family drama—while trying to keep your head above water? I have over 10 years of experience helping people overcome difficult chapters in their lives. I focus on working with adults 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, work/school burnout.
My approach
Throughout our journey, we will adjust our work together as needed to make sure your goals are being met. I will be there to listen, make you feel heard, challenge you when needed, as well as be direct and respectful of your journey. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns.
