Hi there, I'm Ann!

I work with adult individuals with attachment and developmental trauma, PTSD, recent traumatic events, and anxiety using mind-body approaches and attachment-informed EMDR via telehealth.

My focus

I work with adults who have experienced difficult childhoods with abuse, neglect, and generational trauma. I also support those navigating recent traumatic birth experiences, pet loss, and grief—areas where extra care and validation are essential.

My approach

I use attachment-informed EMDR and parts work to help you resolve inner conflict, connect with your inner child, and build agency in your life decisions. I weave in guided imagery, mind-body connection, and mindfulness-based cognitive approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support healing and growth.
