I work with people from many different populations to address challenges in their lives. I have provided therapy to children, teens, and adults, and worked with patients diagnosed with serious mental illness. I find my work very rewarding.

If you're struggling to get to where you want to be in life, I can help. I work with youth and adults who have struggled with various symptoms that have affected their lives in different ways. Sometimes the impact is small and manageable; other times it's immediate and undeniable, affecting relationships, work, health, and safety.
My approach
I take a person-in-environment approach, identifying both external and internal factors that may be problematic. Addressing external factors will allow you the peace and safety necessary for internal focus. Internally, we will identify and address challenging thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors associated with your worries.
