I support individuals seeking personal growth by helping them improve relationship effectiveness, build self-esteem, and strengthen their faith. I specialize in working with individuals navigating stress and anxiety related to women's issues, postpartum challenges, parenting, life transitions, relationship difficulties, faith and spirituality, and low self-esteem. I help clients build practical skills to manage these challenges, increase self-awareness, and develop confidence.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, meaning I meet you where you are with empathy, respect, and care for your unique experiences. I take a “come alongside you” approach, walking with you through challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow at your own pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy because I believe deeply in the intrinsic value of every person. I'm passionate about helping others and offering compassion to those in need.
